These Terms govern your access to and use of tldr.work. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your company.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
4. Billing and Credits
Paid plans and billing are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your billing settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, abusive outreach, spam, security attacks, or rights infringement.
6. Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party providers (for example Stripe and email providers). Their availability and policies may affect the Service.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or security reasons.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Paris, France.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
